SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer free domestic UPS Ground shipping on orders over $200.  Transit time excludes weekends and holidays*. Please allow us up to 2 business days to fulfill your order. During our peak sale season, please allow up to 5 business days for us to fulfill your order.

*HOLIDAY SEASON PROCESSING TIMES*

During the holiday season, order processing may take up to 4 business days after the order is placed by 12pm PST, excluding holidays and weekends. A shipping confirmation will be sent when your order has shipped. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Order using Ground Shipping by December 16th at 12pm PST to get your order by December 23rd
  • Order using Express Shipping by December 18th at 12pm PST to get your order by December 23rd

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer overnight shipments for domestic orders.

We do not offer international overnight or expedited shipment at this time due to varying countries' custom restrictions.

SHIPPING

All domestic orders within the United States are shipped via UPS-- Monday through Friday PST.  Your order is very important to us and we will ship your order as fast as we can! Please allow up to 2 business days (5 business days during a peak sale season) to process and ship your order, excluding weekends & holidays.  If your order is placed after 12pm PST on Friday through the weekend, please expect your order to ship out the following business day.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable as well as import taxes, VAT, or duties incurred in the original shipment.  Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Once an order is marked as shipped,  the responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you. We are no longer liable for any delays or stolen packages. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and you have chosen a safe destination to send your package to. We do not refund for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact UPS directly and provide them with the tracking number.

All items are quality controlled and carefully inspected for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact customer care immediately.

 

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Discount code is only valid during the promotional time frame and it must be entered during checkout to redeem. We do not honor price adjustments for order placed before or after the promotion. Discount code cannot be entered after the order has been processed. If you forgot to enter the code, please request to cancel the order and you'll need place a new order with the valid discount code.  Discount codes cannot be combined. Exchanges with discount will not be honored after the promotion has ended.

 

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to make any adjustments to your order including applying discount codes, size changes, price adjustments, shipping address, or redirect orders after you checkout. All changes must be made prior to submitting the order.  Please review your order and be sure that all of the information you have entered are correct prior to completing the purchase.  Our team will do our best to accommodate your order cancellation, but we cannot guarantee any changes after your order have been dispatched.

*EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY*

We are extending our holiday return window for orders placed between the dates of November 23rd - December 16th. If you have placed an order during this time frame you have 30 days from the purchase date to complete an RMA request via our returns portal.

All sale items during the Black Friday, Cyber Monday, & holiday season are not eligible for return or exchange, no exceptions.

 

RETURNS (non-sale items only)

Making a return is easy!  Your return request must be made within 14 days of the order date and comply with our return policy.  Returns must be shipped within 5 days of approval, otherwise your return is nullified and invalid.  All returns must be requested through our returns portal.  We reserve the right to refuse any return sent to us without our knowledge, consent, or approval.

All returns must meet our policy and be approved by SPRWMN.  Once your return request is approved, you have 5 days to bring your return to the courier.  If the return is not scanned by the courier within the 5 days of approval, your return request will be considered nullified and voided. Please allow us 7 business days of inspection period to process your return once the package has been received at our facility.  Once your return is approved through inspection you will be notified via email of your refund.

We are not responsible for any returns shipped without our consent or your package will be refused and returned to you.  Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed, and with all garment tags still attached. Our QC team thoroughly inspect each and every returning item.  Returns that have been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer that is not from www.SPRWMN.com we are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from SPRWMN LLC.

All items from the Archive Sale, Sale Collection, Jewelry, Fragrances, Swimwear, Gift Cards, and items marked FINAL SALE within the product listing cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. 

A return is approved as a preliminary management measure. Please note that an approved return does not guarantee that it will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged by the customer or not meeting our criteria.  We reserve the right to reject a return that does not comply with our return policy.  
 

REFUNDS

All refunds are issued in the same form as was utilized for payment or if requested for store credit. Once your return package has been received, processed, and approved at SPRWMN, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 business days after the inspection period, at which time you will be notified by email.  

 

EXCHANGES

You may request an exchange for a different size on our returns page.  Due to the limited nature of our merchandise, SPRWMN regrets that we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges that are not the same style. Because we cannot guarantee a hold on an exchanged item, the quickest way is to place a new order on the exchanged item and return your original order. 

 

FINAL SALE - NO RETURN POLICY

Final Sale items will be indicated by text in red on the product page, the checkout page, and your order confirmation page you receive with your order. Thank you for understanding that we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on final sale items.

 

GIFT CARD / STORE CREDIT - NO REFUND POLICY

Gift Cards or Store Credits are not refundable -- no exceptions. Once you are issued a gift card or store credit, we cannot refund you after it has been issued.
