Shipping rates are based off the weight of the package and the location the package is being shipped.

ORDER DELIVERY

All orders within the United States are shipped via FEDEX from 10am -5pm PST, Monday through Friday.

Orders over $250 may require a signature upon receipt.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Insurance: SPRWMN insures each purchase from the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.  We may require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Making a return is easy by contacting us online for a return authorization number within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact orders@sprwmn.com to obtain a return authorization number.

A return authorization number is issued solely as a preliminary return management measure. Please note: return authorization number does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged or otherwise not in the original condition.
All returns must be returned new, unused, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
All exchanges request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item in order for an exchange request to be processed. Due to the select nature of our merchandise, SPRWMN regrets that we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. Please contact orders@sprwmn.com for exchange assistance.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Once your package has been received at SPRWMN, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer care immediately.
