WEB ORDER INFORMATION

For questions about an existing order (including payment, shipping, and returns request) and all general inquiries-- email us at info@sprwmn.com.  Please include your order number, your name on the order, and any information related to your order issue.  Our operating hours are Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm PST.  If you contact us on weekends, our team will get back to you on Monday.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason, including adding discount codes after you have placed your order.  If an order is placed prior or beyond our promotional timeline (item goes on sale after you have made a purchase), we will not modify or honor the sale price on your order.  If you placed an order by mistake we cannot guarantee a cancellation in time of release.  You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number on eligible items only.  Final Sale items will not be accepted under any circumstances.  Please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to make a return or exchange.
PRICING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order canceled. SPRWMN accepts all major credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover; as well as other forms of payment: PayPal, ShopPay, AmazonPay, GooglePay, and FacebookPay.  The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.

Final Sale items are not eligible for any returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Returns & Refund page for additional details.
SALES TAX

SPRWMN do not charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. state with the exception of California where customers are subject to their respective sales tax.  By purchasing goods from SPRWMN, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of California. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against SPRWMN arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state or federal courts located in Orange County, California and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
MAILING LIST
You may choose to receive our periodic newsletter to learn about new merchandise, trends, promotions, sales and discounts. You do not have to register with sprwmn.com to receive these email notifications. You may opt out of this subscriber list at any time by clicking unsubscribe at the footer of your email notification.
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD
Should you create an account on sprwmn.com and then subsequently forget your password, we will email you a new one. Please log in to your account and click on "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?". You will then be prompted to set up a new password.

All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services in this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this website. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.
 
All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances your item will be cancelled and you will be notified by a member of our customer service team. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
 
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders have a processing time of one to two business days if the merchandise is in stock. Orders will be shipped the next business day if order is placed by 1pm PST. Orders placed after 1pm PST may take up to two business days for order processing. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.
